Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday said his ideology does not match with that of BJP leader Varun Gandhi. He further said he would have to be beheaded before going to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) office.
His remarks came while addressing a press conference in Punjab's Hoshiarpur, where he is leading the Bharat Jodo Yatra
"My ideology doesn't match his ideology," Rahul Gandhi said, making a reference to Lok Sabha MP Varun Gandhi, who is also his cousin.
"I cannot go to the RSS office, I'll have to be beheaded before that," the Congress leader said. "My family has an ideology, Varun adopted another and I can't accept the ideology he adopted," Rahul Gandhi said.
