UP DGP Sulkhan Singh made clear that no one should be allowed to take the law into their hands, he said those indulging in rowdy behaviour need not be arrested and instead their guardians be called and briefed. The SSPs/SPs have been asked to personally brief the squad that they have to act only against the rowdy elements.
