The Calcutta High Court has issued new guidelines for Durga Puja 2021 and said Durga Puja committee members can perform the traditional rituals like sindur khela and offer anjali this year. The court has also allowed 45-60 people at the big pandals and 10-15 in the smaller pandals. Also, only those who have taken both doses of the Covid-19 vaccines will be permitted to enter the pandals.
