The Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved the establishment of a third launch pad (TLP) at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. The third launch pad is designed to support next-generation launch vehicles, upcoming human spaceflight missions, and the LVM-3 launches.
