Punjab Police have submitted in a Delhi court that there will be about 50 police personnel and two bulletproof vehicles to take gangster Lawrence Bishnoi to the state. The police also said that 12 vehicles will run on the way to clear the route, adding, "All routes will be videographed." The court allowed Punjab Police to formally arrest the gangster.
