The Bombay High Court on Monday rejected an anticipatory bail plea of BJP MLA Nitesh Rane in an alleged attempt to murder case. The anticipatory bail application of co-accused in the case Manish Dalvi was, however, granted. Earlier, a sessions court in Maharashtra's Sindhudurg district had rejected his anticipatory bail plea.
