The Bombay High Court has allowed Jain temples in Mumbai to reopen dining halls from October 23 during Ayambil Oli Tap, a nine-day fasting festival. The court asked the temples to follow the state government's SOP for restaurants during COVID-19 pandemic. The dining halls will be opened from 10 am-3 pm and only 40 people will be allowed per hour.
