The BJP has won unopposed 102 of 130 panchayat seats in Arunachal Pradesh where by-polls are scheduled next week, said state Panchayat Minister Bamang Felix. The Congress, National People's Party and Independents have secured another 14 seats unopposed. The by-election to the remaining seats will be held on July 12.
