Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday said that the BJP is hell-bent on turning demographic dividend into a demographic disaster. "Congress has always provided a platform for people to deliberate without fear, worry," he said. "Meaningful conversations are not allowed in India nowadays. We see conversations being muzzled and we do not understand its consequences," he added.
