BJP has to find inroads to these two regions if it has to come to power again at the Centre in 2019. BJP had hardly captured 1 or 2 seats from these regions in 2014. Party president Amit Shah routinely has discussions with the men incharge of these regions, and has a 95-day plan for the different states for 2019.
