BJP MP Tejasvi Surya successfully completed the Ironman 70.3 challenge today (October 27) in Goa. The triathlon challenge involved a 1.9km swim, a 90km cycling segment, and a 21.1km run, covering a total distance of 113km. With this, 33-year-old Bengaluru South MP has become the first parliamentarian to participate in the event.
Tejasvi Surya's attempt drew praise from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. "Commendable feat! I am sure this will inspire many more youngsters to pursue fitness related activities," PM Modi said in an X post.
