The Supreme Court on Monday quashed Gujarat government's decision to grant remission to 11 convicts involved in rape of Bilkis Bano and murder of her family. The Court has directed all 11 convicts to report to jail authorities within two weeks.
The court ruled that the Gujarat government was "not competent enough" to pass such an order and termed the move a "fraud act".
