Bihar CM Nitish Kumar said a caste-based count will be held in Bihar by a set deadline. "Soon a cabinet decision will be taken and it'll be available in public domain," he said after an all-party meeting. "Now that Centre has made it clear that nationwide caste census couldn't be done, we decided to go with state census," Kumar added.
