The Bihar government on Thursday issued an order imposing further restrictions in the state with effect from August 1-16 after the Centre issued guidelines for Unlock 3. Private offices will be allowed to operate at 50% strength and transport services will be suspended, although there are exceptions. All educational, training, research, coaching institution, etc will remain closed.
