The Bihar government on Monday extended lockdown for a week, till June 1 in view of sharp decline in number of people infected with Covid-19 pandemic disease in the state. “There has been good impact of lockdown with decline in number of infection. So decision has been taken to extend the lockdown period for a week from May 25 to June 1 in the state”, tweeted chief minister Nitish Kumar in Hindi.This was the second time the government has extended lockdown period in the state
