The Calcutta high court on Sunday ordered the state police to file charges under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (Pocso) in the alleged rape and murder of a nine-year-old school girl in South 24 Parganas district and said the post mortem should be conducted on Monday at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
