The Kerala High Court on Monday said that the ban on online games such as rummy, which are played with stakes, is unconstitutional and unenforceable as they are predominantly "games of skill". The HC ruled that banning online games of skill played for money is arbitrary. It noted that the same has been granted exemption in the Kerala Gaming Act.
