The Central Pollution Control Board on Friday asked people to avoid going outdoors and also directed government and private offices in Delhi to reduce the usage of vehicles by 30% amid severe pollution in the city. It added meteorological conditions will be unfavourable for dispersing pollutants till November 18. Delhi's 24-hour average AQI stood at 471 till 4 pm today.
