It was a little disappointment for the Hockey lovers as India and Pakistan were declared joint winners of the Asian Champions Trophy at Muscat in Oman last night. The tournament director declared both teams as winners after the summit clash was called off due to heavy rain. As the turf was completely waterlogged, discussions were held with the coaches of both sides, and it was decided that the honours will be shared. Defending champions India, thus, ended the tournament unbeaten. Before this edition, both India and Pakistan had won the tournament twice each.
