After Delhi CM Kejriwal’s lawyer, Ram Jethmalani calls Jaitley a “crook”during a cross examination last week, Jaitley has filed for Rs. 10 crore in damages. Jethmalani had earlier sent bills of nearly Rs. 3.8 crore to Kejriwal in defamation case filed by Jaitley. Amidst opposition, Kejriwal’s govt had maintained that fight against Jaitley was “public and not a private issue”.
