Trouble brews for Bollywood actor Sonu Sood as a Ludhiana court on Thursday issued an arrest warrant against him after he skipped testimony in a fraud case. The warrant was issued by Ludhiana judicial magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur.
The summons were issued to Sood in connection with a case filed by Ludhiana lawyer, Rajesh Khanna, who accused one Mohit Shukla of defrauding him of Rs 10 lakh. Advocate Khanna had alleged that he was lured to invest in a fake Rijika coin by Shukla, and the actor was supposed to testify in the matter.
