A controversy has erupted at Aligarh Muslim University after permission to celebrate Holi Milan inside campus was declined by the authorities, causing some students to allege that the administration was discriminating against Hindus. The students have now threatened to take the matter up with Prime Minister Narendra Modi if permission is not granted.
