The search operations by Punjab Police to arrest Khalistani leader Amritpal Singh continued for the third day across the state, who has now been declared a fugitive. Amritpal Singh's driver Harpreet and uncle Harijeet have surrendered before police in Mehatpur and sources said they were taken to police station last night.
As the crackdown on Amritpal Singh-backed Waris Punjab De organisation continued, Punjab Police arrested 34 more arrests made yesterday, and a total of 112 associates of the Khalistani leader have been arrested so far.
