Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing the National Democratic Alliance's (NDA) meeting in New Delhi, said that alliances built on negative perceptions always fail.
The prime minister's remarks come shortly after leaders of 26 opposition parties met in Bengaluru today and named their alliance INDIA - Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance -- to take on the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
