All schools and colleges across Uttar Pradesh will remain closed on September 17 and 18 in wake of heavy rainfall, Chief Minister's Office said on Thursday. This comes after several parts of the state received heavy rainfall on Wednesday and Thursday, leading to waterlogging in several cities. There were also reports of houses collapsing due to rainfall.
