The Centre on Friday while dismissing media reports claiming a data leak from CoWIN, said that the data is "safe and secure". On Friday, reports claimed that COVID-19 related personal data of over 20,000 Indians meant for CoWIN had been leaked from a government server. The Health Ministry will enquire into the substance of the news, Centre added.
