Ajay Devgn's dad and one of the most celebrated actions and stunt directors in Bollywood, Veeru Devgan died on Monday morning (May 27). According to a report, he was admitted to Surya Hospital, Santacruz, Mumbai. His funeral will be held at Vile Parle crematorium on Monday evening at 6 pm.

The celebrated director gave the film industry many iconic film that includes films like Inkaar (1977), Mr. Natwarlal (1979), Kranti (1981), Himmatwala (1983), Shahenshah (1988), Tridev (1989), Baap Numbri Beta Dus Numbri (1990), Phool Aur Kaante (1991) and host of other films. He also directed, Hindustan Ki Kasam with son Ajay as the lead alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Manisha Koirala and Sushmita Sen and others.
