Amid rising cases of Mucormycosis or 'black fungus' infection among COVID-19 patients, AIIMS has released guidelines on dos and don'ts for the patients. It advised the patients to not self-medicate with steroids or delay reporting symptoms of the infection. It further asked the patients to inform if they've history of diabetes, maintain basic hygiene and follow treatment suggested by doctors.
