Congress leader Kamal Nath, spoke on the issue of loudspeakers on Saturday, saying that it is a "private matter" and "should not be made a public issue because peoples' sentiments are attached to it". He however stated that the loudspeakers shouldn't be misused and that action must be taken "if loudspeakers are used with the intention of provoking".
