Sanjay Singh, the leader of the Aam Aadmi Party, and other demonstrators were held by Delhi Police on Monday for allegedly breaking prohibitory orders outside the CBI headquarters, according to officials. Singh and other demonstrators were outside the CBI office, where Manish Sisodia, the deputy chief minister of Delhi, was being questioned about alleged corruption in the creation and application of the excise policy.
