AAP leader Mahesh Khinchi has been elected as the new mayor of Delhi. Khinchi, a councillor from Dev Nagar in Karol Bagh, secured 133 votes, narrowly defeating the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate, who received 130 votes.
