AAP national convener and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday announced an alliance with Twenty20 Party in Kerala ahead of Thrikkakara bypoll. The alliance has been named People's Welfare Alliance (PWA). Kejriwal also announced free electricity to the people of the state if elected to power and said generator shops in Delhi have been shut due to round-the-clock power supply.
