The Ministry of Finance on Wednesday said that nine states have completed the 'One Nation One Ration Card' reform, following which the Centre has allowed them to raise an additional ₹23,523 crore. Uttar Pradesh has been granted the biggest additional borrowing window of ₹4,851 crore, followed by Karnataka with ₹4,509 crore and Gujarat with ₹4,352 crore, it added.
