Tension prevailed in Gantur district of Andhra Pradesh after a suspected monkeypox case was reported on Saturday. An eight-year-old boy was admitted to Government General Hospital (GGH) with monkeypox symptoms. According to health officials, the boy is from Odisha and had arrived in Andhra Pradesh 15 days ago. However, after a week, the boy developed fever and rashes.
