The Indian Medical Association (IMA) on Friday informed that 776 doctors lost their lives in the second wave of COVID-19. While Bihar witnessed the maximum deaths (115), it was followed by Delhi (109), Uttar Pradesh (79), West Bengal (62), Tamil Nadu (50), and Rajasthan (44). As per the IMA, 748 doctors died in the first wave of COVID-19.
