The committee investigating the alleged fake COVID-19 tests conducted during Haridwar's Kumbh Mela has verified 60,000 phone numbers, Chief Development Officer Saurabh Gaharwar said. The labs under scanner claimed to have conducted 1.5 lakh tests but it was alleged that they forged data like phone and Aadhaar card numbers. Gaharwar revealed another 35,000 numbers are yet to be verified.
