At least six people were killed and five others sustained injuries in a collision between multiple vehicles on Mumbai-Pune Expressway in the early hours of Tuesday. The deceased include a veterinary doctor working with the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) who, along with his family members, was travelling in one of the SUVs. The incident took place around 1.30am on the Bhor ghat stretch near Khalapur toll plaza.
