In a damning indictment of Pakistan, the country’s Prime Minister Imran Khan came clean on its nurturing of terrorists, telling audiences in Washington DC that there were still 30,000-40,000 terrorists on its soil who had fought in Afghanistan and Kashmir and that Islamabad had long deceived the US on the issue. He blamed previous Pakistan governments for not being in control. He also admitted that “Pakistan did not tell the US exactly the truth on the ground”.
