Russia's 24-year-old Instagram influencer Ekaterina Karaglanova was found dead with her throat slit inside a suitcase by her parents at her Moscow apartment on Friday after they failed to contact her for days. Karaglanova had over 85,000 followers and recently graduated as a doctor. Police said CCTV footage showed her ex-boyfriend visited her property in the days around her disappearance.
