The Congress on Sunday released its fourth list of 61 candidates for the Uttar Pradesh elections in which 24 tickets have been given to women. This translates to almost 39% of the total seats in the fourth list. The party has so far announced candidates on 316 seats out of which 127 seats have been allotted to women candidates.
