At present, Gujarat has 11,528 active COVID-19 cases, of which, 152 patients are on ventilator. According to the state health department, 45,66,141 persons have been given the first dose of vaccine and 6,29,222 persons have been given the second dose of vaccine. A total of 51,95,363 persons have been vaccinated so far. There has been no case of adverse reaction or side-effects of Covid-19 vaccine in the State so far. The state's recovery rate stood at 94.68 percent, it said.
