At least two persons were killed and 15 were in an explosion at a Gujaratfluoro Chemicals factory in the Panchmahal district of Gujarat on Thursday, December 16.Panchmahal Superintendent of Police Leena Patil said that rescue and firefighting operations are being conducted at the factory. The explosion was so loud that the blast could be heard from several kilometres away.The blast took place around 10 am at the chemical manufacturing plant of Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL), situated near Ranjitnagar village in Ghoghamba taluka, Patil said.
