Two Army personnel were killed and two others injured in an encounter with terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district, officials said on Friday. Four Army personnel were injured in the encounter. Two of them -- Junior Commissioned Officer Naib Subedar Vipan Kumar and Sepoy Arvind Singh -- later succumbed to the injuries.
