Fourteen people have died in the last 24 hours due to flash floods triggered by heavy rainfall in Himachal Pradesh, Chief Secretary Anil Kumar Khachi said, adding that three bodies are yet to be recovered. Ten people died in Lahaul and four in Kullu. He urged people to avoid unnecessary travel as IMD has predicted poor weather for 48 hours.
