A total of 1,950,000 doses of unused expired Covid vaccines were destroyed at a district hospital in Jharkhand’s Deogarh, on Sunday. The incident took place in Sadar Hospital at a civil surgeon’s office. The remaining unused vaccines were boiled in hot water and then buried in a pit of soil, as per the government’s guidelines.
